“Just take a deep breath!” We’ve all heard it before, we know it’s good for us - but what if we could learn to do it in a way that helped us feel more physically vibrant, relaxed and supported a calmer, clearer mind?

This workshop will help you be more effective with your breath “prana or life force”. You will learn about why our breath is so fundamental to a general day to day vitality as well as learning how to use it in a beneficial way, using the 5 breath techniques.

This workshop is for you if you want to create a stronger nervous system, to be more resilient to stress, learn how to bring in more physical and subtle energy in the body to develop a more balanced, calm mind - & have fun doing it!
