This workshop will help you be more effective with your breath “prana or life force”. You will learn about why our breath is so fundamental to a general day to day vitality as well as learning how to use it in a beneficial way, using the 5 breath techniques.
This workshop is for you if you want to create a stronger nervous system, to be more resilient to stress, learn how to bring in more physical and subtle energy in the body to develop a more balanced, calm mind - & have fun doing it!
