Living in this modern day is enough to bring about a low constant level of anxiety. Anyone who has experienced anxiety and stress, understands all too well just how debilitating it can be.
After all, you look fine, in-fact you’re probably seen by others as functioning quite well. However on the inside you might experience feelings of stress, panic, frustrations, fear and an overall feeling of overwhelm, like you’re not coping and have less and less control.
In this workshop we’ll learn and practice a handful of useable techniques that you can do at any time and will give you the tools for when you feel your triggers kick in. These techniques will help you move your nervous system back towards balance to bring you back to a calmer you.
We will look at breath (pranayama), asana (postures), mantra (repeating sounds or phrases), other supports such as scents and oils along with a handy “5 Steps to Stop Anxiety & Stress” (you can do anywhere).
